Deborah Murchie, Realtor, met with me initially to determine if my expectations and our relationship were compatible with their company's goals. Then , throughout the entire real estate experience of selling my home, Deborah and the Regal team were there to answer my questions and provide advice and support in a timely fashion and always with respect and understanding.
My home sold in a very short time and for an excellent price. This home had been listed twice with other realtors , however, there had been very little prior activity.
I found Deborah Murchie to be a very ethical person with values and a style that I am sure would promotes confidence and trust in any client - she sure did for me and I made some changes in my expectations based on her recommendations that turned out to be very wise choices and decisions.

Chris and I wanted to tell you how much we appreciate all Deborah Murchie has done for us. I have to admit I was expecting the house buying process to be much more stressful than it turned out to be. I believe it all went so well because of her honesty and outstanding level of professionalism. My neighbour here in Kingston, Ontario asked me how it went on our House Hunting Trip, and the only way I could describe it was that it was like having a family member help you buy a house! We really do appreciate everything Deborah has done for us! Thanks again, and we look forward to seeing her in a month! She better get that bottle of wine chilled!
